The project OSTESA EU – Organizational success through employee satisfaction, funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ Program, will now start the pilot test of its Training Programs. That is, a set of resources that can improve the performance of SMEs through the and employees’ satisfaction.
These Program Toolkit aims to improve the organizational climate dimensions by upgrading transversal competences of both managers (especially leadership) and employees of different companies. As such, it is formed by practical training programs and consequent training materials/tools, also possessing tools to evaluate the approached contents.

Therefore, INOVA+’ role in this phase of the project is to test in Portugal the training programs related to three of the eleven dimensions of the organizational climate contemplated in this project: Support, Trust and Leadership. These workshops, that will occur in the first week of April and last for 2 hours, comprise a set of 4 practical activities, ranging from group dynamics, to individual reflections and analysis of case studies.
