INOVA+ is currently hosting a training on older workers’ career guidance and career management.
During three days, 18 participants from 6 different countries (Portugal, UK, Germany, Austria, Belgium and Slovakia) will be working on learning projects to be applied in their countries afterwards.
The SASSI – Working On project adds on to SASSI and addresses the issue of labour resources, especially “the working on” challenge by developing, adapting, testing and implementing innovative practices that enable and encourage older workers and job seekers to re-access and/or remain in the labour market. The partnership aims to achieve such goals by extending and enhancing access to appropriate, age-sensitive careers advice, guidance, learning, skill updating and work experience opportunities for older workers and job seekers (+50) in both Continuing Vocational Education and Training (C-VET) and work-based contexts.
The project counts with 7 partners from 6 different countries, namely: Apricot Training Management (UK); Bupnet Bildung und Projekt Netzwerk (DE); Die Berater (AT); Centrum vzdelávania neziskových organizácií (SK); INOVA+ (PT); Trendhuis (BE); BLINC (DE).
