Porto Design Factory/Porto Global Hub hosts, on October 31st, the event “Skills for an active contribution in the business world”.
The event on education and entrepreneurship is organised by INOVA+ and the Polytechnic Institute of Porto, and will take place during the October 31st afternoon, between 14:45 and 17:30.
The event will take place at Porto Design Factory/Porto Global Hub (Dr. António Bernardino de Almeida Street, 537).
On the agenda of the event, under the two themes, three presentations on the results of collaborative projects with positive impacts on society are included:
UNIVERSITIES OF THE FUTURE
UoF brings together different actors (businesses, universities, public authorities and students) to address the existing gap in the current offer in Higher Education and co-create innovative and multidisciplinary solutions adjusted to the current and upcoming challenges of a digital era.
ENTREPRENEURIAL TRAINING FOR ENTERPRISE EDUCATORS
ETEE is a 2-year project funded by the Erasmus+ European Program. ETEE aims to improve significantly Enterprise Educators provision delivered within the High Education Institutions, the VET providers and the enterprise support organisations across Europe, by providing a practical ‘real world’ entrepreneurial experience.
STARTUP PORTO boosts startups with disruptive and technological profile. It is a hands-on programme, focused on empowering entrepreneurs for a quick process of growth hacking and for an effective communication and promotional strategy, aiming at a double accomplishment: sales and fundraising.
At the end of the event, there will be room for a Coffee Break and networking opportunity among participants.
All interested parties are invited, especially teachers, students and other professionals of Higher Education, as well as representatives of Industry.
