Due to the current pandemic situation caused by the coronavirus, INOVA+ has been adopting responsible practices that imply eventual changes in our daily relationship with partners and customers. In particular, and in accordance with the recommendations of the health authorities, we are promoting teleworking and proposing the replacement of all face-to-face meetings by videoconference (Skype, GoToMeeting …), telephone conference or further interaction by email.

    Our highest priority at this stage is obviously the safeguarding of public health and well-being, but thanks to the measures adopted, we also maintain all the necessary conditions to ensure our commitments towards our customers and partners, namely the fulfilment of the agreed deadlines and targets for deployment of services.

    Throughout this period, we will endeavor to remain focused on our customers and partners, while seeking to contribute as effectively as possible to controlling the spread of Covid-19. We will be less visible but equally present and attentive to our collaborations and joint goals. We will maintain the daily assessment of the situation and the proximity in communicating with all of you.
